Set up white-label reports

Put your logo and colours on every report, with no Agent Checker branding.

On the Pro and Agency plans, every report you generate can carry your brand instead of ours. The client sees your logo and your colours, on both the PDF and the shareable report page, with no Agent Checker navigation, pricing or upsell.

Configuring your brand

  1. Open Settings and find the branding section.
  2. Upload a logo. PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 2MB. Wide rectangles reproduce best; oversized images are resized automatically.
  3. Pick a main colour and an accent colour. These flow through headings, borders and accent panels.

A live preview of the first PDF page updates as you edit, so you can see the result before generating anything.

Which branding is used

Branding resolves in order: client, then organisation, then personal, then the Agent Checker default. An agency can therefore set one brand for the whole team rather than each member configuring their own.

Branding applies to reports generated after it is set. Regenerate an older report if you want it rebranded.

Sharing with a client

Each audit produces a branded client report page as well as a PDF, so you can send a link rather than an attachment. The unbranded public share link still exists separately and is not what a client sees.
