A real person answers every message. We are a small team, so we publish the hours we actually keep and the reply times we can actually hold, rather than a support promise that only works on a quiet week. There is no phone line: chat and email both reach the same people, and both get answered.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK time. First reply within one working day on anything, and within four working hours on a broken audit or a payment problem. Messages sent outside those hours are picked up the next working morning.
