I run an agency. Can I resell these audits to clients?
Yes. On the Pro and Agency plans every audit is white-labelled with your logo and colours, as both a PDF and a client report page, with no Agent Checker branding. The Agency plan includes 30 audits a month at about £13 each, so you set your own client price on top. What's the difference between a Quick check and a Full audit?
A Quick check is a static scan: manifest, robots.txt, structured data, accessibility signals. ~60 seconds, free, on demand. A Full audit drives a real AI agent through your live site doing real customer tasks (signup, checkout, contact, support). ~15 minutes, paid, deep findings.
Do I need a subscription, or can I just buy one audit?
Either works. Buy single Full audit credits whenever you need them (from £19, no subscription). Or subscribe to Agent Checker when you want continuous monitoring + a Full audit each month. Credits and subscriptions stack.
How does monitoring work?
Pick a cadence per site (daily / weekly / monthly). We run a Quick check on that schedule and email you when something regresses. Your subscription also includes a monthly pool of Full audits, shared across your sites.
What if I burn my included Full audits early in the month?
No problem, top up with credit packs. Same credits work for both subscribers and one-off buyers, and they never expire. Adding sites to your workspace is free and unlimited on every plan, so you only ever pay for the audits you run.
Can I change cadence or cancel any time?
Yes. Change cadence per site in your monitoring dashboard. Manage or cancel your subscription via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
What is your refund policy?
Cancel a subscription any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund the unused part of a period, and prepaid audit credits are non-refundable, though they never expire. If an audit fails or produces a broken report, that is on us: tell us and we will re-run it or return the credit. UK and EU consumers buying for personal use also keep their statutory 14-day cancellation right. Full detail is in the Terms of Service.
