Terms of Service

Last updated 5 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Agent Checker. We have kept them short and readable on purpose: you should be able to find out whether you can cancel, and whether you get money back, without reading a wall of legal text.

Who we are

Agent Checker is operated by CodeHawks Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16095971. Our registered office is Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean CodeHawks Limited, and "you" means the person or organisation using the service.

The service

Agent Checker tests whether a website can be used by AI agents. A Quick check is an automated scan of publicly available signals. A Full audit drives a real AI agent through your live site and reports where it succeeded and where it got stuck.

Audits are automated and probabilistic. An AI agent browsing a site does not behave identically on every run, so two audits of the same site can produce different findings. We report what the agent actually encountered. We do not warrant that an audit finds every issue, and a report is information to act on rather than professional advice.

Accounts

You need an account for anything beyond a free Quick check. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email address, or Google. Keep access to that mailbox secure, since anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including anything done by team members you invite.

Plans and billing

You can buy Full audit credits one at a time without a subscription, or subscribe to a plan that includes monitoring and a monthly pool of audits. Credits and subscriptions stack, and credits do not expire.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose, monthly or annually, until you cancel. Payments are taken by Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change, but a change never affects a period you have already paid for. We will tell you before a price change affects a renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time, yourself, through the Stripe customer portal linked from your subscription settings. There is no cancellation fee, no notice period, and nobody to talk to first.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you are currently in. You keep full access, including monitoring and any remaining audits in that period's pool, until that date. Prepaid credits stay in your workspace and remain usable.

Refunds

Subscriptions. We do not refund the unused portion of a billing period. When you cancel you keep the service until the period ends, rather than getting money back for the remainder.

Credits. Prepaid audit credits are non-refundable. They never expire, so an unused credit is not a lost one.

When an audit goes wrong. If an audit fails, never delivers a report, or returns a report that is clearly broken, that is our problem and not yours. Tell us and we will re-run it or return the credit to your workspace. This is not discretionary.

Consumers. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU buying for purposes outside your trade or profession, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a purchase. Because audits are delivered immediately, starting an audit within that window uses up the service, and we may reduce a refund to reflect what you have already used. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory right you have as a consumer.

To request a refund or a re-run, email hello@agentchecker.ai.

Acceptable use

Audit sites you own, or sites you have permission to test. An audit drives a real browser through a live site and submits forms, so running one against somebody else's site without their agreement is not acceptable use.

Do not use the service to attack, overload or circumvent the protections of any site, to break the law, or to resell raw access to our API outside the agency and white-label terms of your plan. We may suspend an account that does.

Your sites and your data

You keep every right you already have in your website and your brand. We store the URLs you submit, the reports we generate and the screenshots captured during an audit so that your history and score trend remain available to you. What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy, and how it is protected on the security page.

White-label reports produced on the Pro and Agency plans are yours to share with your clients under your own branding.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available continuously, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee. Audits depend on your site being reachable and on third-party infrastructure, so an audit can fail for reasons outside our control. When it does, the re-run commitment above applies.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect or consequential loss. Acting on an audit finding is your decision, and changes you make to your own site remain your responsibility.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version, and we will give notice of a material change before it affects you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
